How to view personal analytics by using SneekPeek App

Maintaining a social media profile nowadays is a challenge in itself. In addition to daily activities, it is necessary to prepare some statistics periodically. This to understand more about the increase/decrease of profile followers, places where we have more followers, their average age, what are the posts that have received the most likes and comments, and what is the most appropriate day and time to publish a new post.

These are some of the personalized statistics that you will be able to access through the SneekPeek app. Let's explain step by step how to use this feature.

1. Open the SneekPeek App, and click the 'Chart Icon' from the bottom menu

General Analytics

At this point you will have access to the first summary of statistics which are organized in several sections:

  • General Overview

In this section, in addition to the account profile picture, you will receive general information on the total number of published posts, the number of followers and following.

  • Evolution

In this section you will get a summary and progress over the last 30 days regarding the trend of followers, Reach and Interactions.

  • Hashtags

In this section you will be able to see the hashtags used in your posts which have a higher engagement number.

  • Posts

In this section you will be able to follow the trend of engagement in relation to your posts, this summarized for all posts together and differentiated depending on the type of post.

2. In the Evolution section we click on the followers option

Audience

Statistics related to the profile audience will be displayed in the open window. The first section reflects their categorization by state and city. The values displayed in this graph include a maximum of five countries with the highest values. Below this section is a categorization of them by age groups, accompanied by a distribution by gender. And in the last section a summary is given in% of the total followers by gender.

3. Go back to the Evolution section and click on the Reach option

Reach

In this section you will be able to follow in the form of a graph as well as a numerical value, the progress of the account in terms of Reach and Impressions. The data are aggregated based on the last 7 days. You can click on the right-up option to view the data for the last 30 days.

4. Go back to the Evolution section and click on the Interactions option

Interactions

In this section you will be able to follow in the form of a graph as well as a numerical value, the progress of the account in terms of the Interactions part. You will also be able to track progress on metrics such as: Profile views, Website clicks, Text message clicks, Phone call clicks, Email clicks and Directions clicks. The data are aggregated based on the last 7 days. You can click on the right-up option to view the data for the last 30 days.

5. Go back to the Evolution section and click on the Best time to post option

Best time to post

We often try to identify the perfect time to publish a new photo in order to have as much engagement and interaction. But this has always been difficult to calculate. Now no more because through this section, you will be able to get information on the days of the week and the most suitable hours for a new publication.

Note: Suggestions and aggregations of data about the best time to post come as a result of an analysis of previous posts in your account. A high number of posts in the past leads to a more accurate calculation.

6. Go back to the analytics interface and click on the Most used hashtags option

Hashtags by count

This interface provides information about hashtags used in posts divided by category: Count, Likes and Comments. In the Count tab, hashtags are listed according to the times used in the posts. The more a hashtag is used, the more likely it is to appear at the top of the list. In the Likes and Comments tab, hashtags are ranked according to the average number of Likes and Comments in the posts where they are used.

Note: If you want to copy and reuse these hashtags, you can click the Copy button at the top-right.

If you click each hashtag, you will see all the posts in which that hashtag has been used.

7. We go back to the analytics interface and focus on the Posts section

Posts

In this section is given a grouping of posts by type (Photo, video, and carousel), where for each is calculated the performance of Likes and Comments expressed in %. If we navigate in each category, the posts listed in descending order are given, respectively according to the Like and Comments tab.
